ASAC stands for

Africa.

Advocates of

The African Student Association of Concordia

Otherwise known as ASAC, aspires to be a safe haven for international African students, students of African descent, and anyone who enjoys African culture.

Our story started in 1979

With our first administration at Concordia under the name of African Student Association. From there, everything else was history.

ASAC is the place for...

The place to find enjoyment, friendships, community, and most importantly culture.

ASAC is your place at Concordia where unforgettable memories are made. Powered by our African pride, we strive to uplift and embolden you in our community.

At ASAC, we value

inclusivity,

Versatility,

and community

We aspire to be a haven for

International African students, and students of African descent alike. The high regard we hold for our shared roots and respect for Africa is the bond we all share.
